Terms of sale

Last updated: 2 October 2026

These terms apply when you buy or use The Art of Solo Guitar Composition – Interactive Ebook (“the book”). The book is sold by Udi Glaser, trading as UdiGuitar and The Art of Solo Guitar Composition, Unit 132120, PO Box 7169, Poole BH15 9EL, United Kingdom (email: udi@udiguitar.com, phone: +44 20 8347 5754) (“I”, “me”). Please read them before you buy. If anything is unclear, just email me.

1. What you're buying

A personal licence to read and use the interactive ebook online at ebook.udiguitar.com and offline on your own devices, including the audio examples, the downloadable backup copy and the Apple Books edition. It also includes future updates to the book for as long as I publish it. The companion apps at app.udiguitar.com are offered alongside the book and may change over time.

2. Price and payment

The price is shown on the sales page before you pay. Payment is taken by Stripe or Payhip, who process your card details; I never see or store them. The contract is formed when your payment is confirmed. Prices include any VAT or sales tax that applies.

3. Access

4. Instant access

The book is digital content that you can start using straight away. By buying, you ask for immediate access, and your purchase is final once your access code is issued.

This doesn't affect your legal rights if the book is faulty or not as described. If something doesn't work, email me and I'll put it right; if I can't, you're entitled to a remedy under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

5. Copyright and fair use

All text, music, notation, audio, images and design in the book are © Udi Glaser, or used with permission. You may use the book for your own learning and play the exercises and examples. You may not copy, share, upload, sell or redistribute the book or its parts, or use them to train AI systems. Music you create yourself using the method is yours.

6. Reviews

If you leave a review and tick the box allowing it, you give me permission to use it, with your first name, to promote the book – for example on websites, social media, emails and ads. I may correct obvious typos but won't change its meaning. You can ask me to remove it at any time.

7. Responsibility

I take care to keep the book accurate and working, but it's provided for education and the results you get depend on your own practice. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory rights as a consumer. Otherwise, my total liability to you is limited to the price you paid for the book.

8. Changes and the law

I may update these terms, for example when the law changes; the version in force when you bought applies to your purchase. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK or in another country, you keep any consumer protections that apply where you live.

9. Contact

Questions, problems or complaints: udi@udiguitar.com. I usually reply within a couple of days.
