Under the UK's PECR rules, storage that's strictly necessary to provide a service you asked for doesn't need consent.
Visit statistics
I use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits. It doesn't use cookies or local storage and doesn't track you across sites or build a profile of you.
Videos and payments
The videos on the sales page load only when you press play. Once you do, YouTube (in its privacy-enhanced mode) or Vimeo may set their own cookies, under their own privacy policies. The checkout pages are run by Stripe or Payhip on their own sites, under their own cookie policies.
Managing them
You can delete cookies and site data in your browser settings at any time. If you do, you'll need to enter your code again, and your bookmarks and notes on that device will be lost.
